Hogan is based out Chico, CA a small college town nestled between the Lower Sacramento River, Feather River, and the Lower Yuba River. These 3 rivers, their watersheds, and surrounding lakes offer 365 days a year of fly fishing for anglers of all skill levels for Resident Striped bass, Migratory Striped bass, Rainbow Trout, both spring and fall run steelhead, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Carp, and American Shad. Northern California has some of the best Wild Trout and Steelhead fishing in the Lower 48. There are 3 tail water fisheries with year round rainbow trout fishing and both spring and fall runs of steelhead with in 60 miles of Chico, CA.

Booking Policy
A CC# or check in the amount of $200 is due with in 7 days booking to secure your date. I will not cash your check or run the CC# unless you wish to pay that way or cancel less then 14 days out. I accept cancelations 14 days out from your booked trip with a complete refund of deposit. If canceling less then 14 days out from a booked trip I reserve the right to charge/keep your deposit. Weather can and is an issue and I will never force a client to fish if I deem conditions are not up to par, that said I am the one that makes the call.
